is in storeroom or in service cart the mini core discourages pilferage
due to the lack of ability to adapt ValayTM to home
fixtures. The large outside diameter is a further discouragement
to pilferage because it too precludes adapting to home type fixtures.
Adjustable
Tension Control Minimizes Waste
A tension control device located on each
spindle applies friction on the inside of the roll core. It
virtually eliminates tissue waste and floor litter due to freewheeling,
further reducing cost.

Economical and convenient dispensing.
When user tries to tear off unperforated tissue the roll revolves and
freewheels. This hides the tissue starting point for the next user or
leaves the tissue dangling on the floor. Results - waste and user
annoyance.

Maintenance person unlocks cover which swings completely open, moves
remainder roll to the front spindle and installs new high count roll on
back spindle. Remainder roll is always used up first due to direction
fixture faces. Cover is closed and locks automatically. Fast servicing

dollars.
